High school cross country practice will be today from 7:30pm till 8:30pm. We will meet at the track. Please bring a water bottle. Be sure you have a physical done if you are an incoming 9th or 11th grader. We will have the physicals on file if you got it done in May at the school.
Summer strength and sport specific training is canceled this week (July 29 - August 1).
