UIL State Congress Update: Kylie placed at prelims and is advancing to finals. She will compete today at the Texas Capitol. The judges highlighted her commanding presence, passion, knowledge of the legislation, and excellent speech writing. As first year Congresswomen, Tori and Ashley had a strong day and were so close to advancing!
